Accessibility statement

What we have done

• Every page works with a keyboard alone, with a clear focus indicator.
• Text and interface colours meet AA contrast in light and dark appearance.
• Pages reflow to one column on small screens with no loss of functionality.
• Forms have proper labels, helpful hints and errors written in plain words.
• Headings follow a logical order and a skip link jumps straight to the content.
• Animation is reduced when your device asks for reduced motion.
• Text can be resized to 200 per cent without content being cut off.

Known limitations

• Documents uploaded by event organisers may not always meet the same standard. Ask the organiser for an accessible version and we will help.
• Embedded videos rely on captions provided by the organiser. Tell us if a video is missing captions and we will chase it.

Requirements at an event

Every booking form has a field for accessibility requirements. Anything you write there goes to the organiser making the arrangements, and nowhere else.
