    Ticket transfers, team reviews and faster check-in.

    • Delegates can transfer a ticket to a colleague from their bookings page.
    • Several colleagues can each record a recommendation on an application before it is approved or declined.
    • Check-in lists update instantly on every device.
    • Ticket QR codes can be scanned with a phone, tablet or laptop camera.
    • Delegates can turn on two-step sign-in for their account.
    • New passwords must be at least 12 characters.
    • The delegate app keeps working with a weak connection and shows a message when offline.
    • Online chat help on the support page.

    Security and reliability improvements.

    • Invoice bookings for paid tickets are held until a staff member confirms payment.
    • Papers and presentations can only be sent by delegates with a confirmed place.
    • Event and session times are saved in UK time on any computer.
    • Badges and seating plans handle events of any size.

    Roles and reporting.

    • Marketing managers can edit event content without changing places, dates or visibility.
    • Reports cover up to 100 events at once and can be shared by link.
    • Workbooks spreadsheet export covers up to 100,000 people.
